-(으)ㄹ수록
means ‘the more…, the more…’ and sometimes it is used as -(으)면 -(으)ㄹ수록. For example,

There is an idiom in Korean with this grammar, it is ‘갈수록 태산이다’ which means ‘Something is worse and worse.’
