-(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라 and -(으)ㄴ/는 데다가 mean “not only —-, but also—“, which express ‘in addition’. When you use these, you should use either positive meaning for both sentences, or negative meaning. You should not use one positive and one negative sentence. For example,

날씨가 더운 데다가 아주 아름다워요. (X)
날씨가 좋은 데다가 아주 아름다워요. (O)

날씨가 더운 데다가 습해요. (=날씨가 더울 뿐만 아니라 습해요. ) The weather is not only hot, but also humid.

지난 몇 년 동안 물가가 많이 오른 데다가 일할 사람도 없어서 고민이에요. (= 지난 몇 년 동안 물가가 많이 올랐을 뿐만 아니라 일할 사람도 없어서 고민이에요.) I am worried because prices have risen a lot and there is no one to work for in the past few years.

이 옷은 사이즈도 안 맞는 데다가 색깔도 마음에 안 들어요. (=이 옷은 사이즈도 안 맞을 뿐만 아니라 색깔도 마음에 안 들어요.)This dress is the wrong size and I don’t like the color.

이 화장품은 가격도 비쌀 뿐 아니라 효과도 없어요. (=이 화장품은 가격도 비싼 데다가 효과도 없어요.) These cosmetics are not only expensive, but also ineffective.

As you can see examples above, we often use -도 in the second sentence to express the additional fact. And for 뿐만 아니라, we often omit -만.

The difference between -(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라 and -(으)ㄴ/는 데다가 is -(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라 can be directly used with a noun while -(으)ㄴ/는 데다가 is only attached to adjective and verb. When -(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라 is attached to a noun, we don’t need to add -(으)ㄹ. For example,

여기는 한국 사람뿐만 아니라 외국 손님도 많이 와요. = 한국 사람들이 많을 뿐만 아니라 = 한국 사람들이 많은 데다가 Not only a lot of Korean customers visit here, but also there are a lot of foreign visitors
이 백화점에는 화장품뿐만 아니라 가전제품, 의류 등 많은 물건들이 판매되고 있습니다. = 화장품도 판매할 뿐만 아니라 = 화장품도 판매하는 데다가 This department store sells a lot of items, not only cosmetics, but also appliances and clothing.
